Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, day shifts, 8.5 hours per shift, 7 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to clients to improve their daily living and working skills
• Assess clients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapy interventions and monitor clients’ progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate patient records

Required Qualifications

• Valid license or certification as an Occupational Therapist
• State-specific licensure for Maryland or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting
• Experience with pediatric or adult populations (if applicable)
• Bilingual abilities or additional language skills are a plus
