Key Responsibilities
- Provide social work services in a hospital-based behavioral health setting
- Support patients and families through assessment, intervention, and discharge planning
- Collaborate with medical and mental health teams to deliver comprehensive care
- Document patient interactions accurately and in compliance with facility protocols
- Adhere to all safety and confidentiality policies
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a specialty healthcare setting
- Active LCSW (Licensed Certified Social Worker) certification
- AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Experience working in an acute care hospital environment
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a behavioral health or hospital setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage high-stress situations effectively
