Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, rotating shifts, 12 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care through evaluation and treatment of outpatient and inpatient populations
• Work at various sites supported by therapy services, including outpatient clinics and hospitals
• Participate in weekend and holiday inpatient rotations as needed
• Focus on delivering high-quality outpatient physical therapy services
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist
• Proven experience in outpatient and inpatient physical therapy settings
• Strong assessment and therapeutic skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and patient care skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a hospital or acute care environment
• Ability to adapt to rotating shift schedules
• Knowledge of inpatient and outpatient therapy protocols
