Job Title

• Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab/EP

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, rotating shifts, 40 hours per week, including call responsibilities with some weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the interventional, cardiac, and vascular units, supporting procedures such as angiography, cardiac catheterizations, pacemaker and IABP insertions, and hemodynamic monitoring
• Document patient care using EMR systems, primarily Meditech, and monitor patient status with Sensis equipment
• Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiology, radiology, and imaging procedures including CT, MRI, ultrasound, and nuclear medicine
• Demonstrate basic knowledge of radiology equipment and image processing, ensuring patient safety and procedure accuracy
• Participate in a 4-person call team, providing coverage 1-2 days per week and about 2-3 weekend calls, including holidays

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an interventional cath lab
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to take call as required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Familiarity with Siemens equipment and Sensis monitoring systems
• Knowledge of computerized tomography, MRI, ultrasound, and nuclear medicine procedures
• Understanding of hemodynamic monitoring techniques
