• Days, Full-time, 5 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive physical therapy assessments and treatment plans for patients
• Implement therapeutic procedures to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Educate patients and their families on ongoing care and injury prevention
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop individualized care plans
Required Qualifications
• Valid New Jersey state license or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and therapeutic modalities
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in outpatient or inpatient settings
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
• Bilingual abilities a plus
