- Full-time, night shifts, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans utilizing ANA Standards and the Nursing Process.
- Act as a patient advocate, providing support, information, and direct care to patients.
- Administer and distribute medications accurately and efficiently in accordance with hospital protocols.
- Utilize nursing equipment and technology skillfully, maintaining technical competence.
- Educate patients and their families on self-care and health management issues.
Required Qualifications
- Current Maryland or Delaware nursing license, or licensure in a compact state.
- Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a Medical-Surgical nursing environment.
- Strong patient communication and advocacy skills.
