Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a House Supervisor, overseeing nursing operations across multiple departments including ER, ICU, and Med/Surg.
• Float to various units to cover meal period breaks and ensure smooth departmental functioning.
• Provide leadership and support to nursing staff, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and patient care standards.
• Respond to urgent situations and facilitate effective communication among healthcare teams.
• Maintain documentation and reporting related to clinical activities and staffing.

Required Qualifications

• Active California RN license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
• Proof of negative TB screening within the past 12 months
• Flexibility to float between departments and adapt to unit needs

Preferred Experience / Skills

• NRP certification preferred
