Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care in the Neuro ICU and IMCU settings, floating between units as needed
• Maintain safe patient ratios: ICU (1-2 patients), Stepdown (3-4 patients)
• Demonstrate strong neuro-specific skills and experience
• Document accurate and thorough patient assessments and care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Follow hospital policies and comply with licensing and certification requirements

Required Qualifications

• Valid Nursys license verification
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in ICU or neuro-critical care
• Strong neuro ICU or IMCU experience reflected on professional profile
• Current certification in applicable specialties (e.g., BLS, ACLS)
• Must provide a work history/resume with no gaps over 60 days, skills checklist, references, and a badge-appropriate photograph

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with neuro-specific procedures and neurological assessments
• Ability to adapt quickly to floating between ICU and stepdown units
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
