Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for clinic patients following established standards and practices.
• Serve as the primary liaison between patients, staff, and providers.
• Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs.
• Take vital signs, triage patient calls, refill prescriptions, and complete necessary prior authorizations.
• Support team members by giving direction to CNAs and schedulers.
• Receive supervision and guidance from providers, coordinators, clinical managers, and RNs.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of a Nursing Program.
• Current State LPN license.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from an approved provider.
• Maintain continuing education requirements as mandated by state and federal licensure standards.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in ambulatory or outpatient care settings.
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced clinical environment.
