Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care for clinic patients following established standards and practices.
- Serve as the primary liaison between patients, staff, and providers.
- Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs.
- Take vital signs, triage patient calls, refill prescriptions, and complete necessary prior authorizations.
- Support team members by giving direction to CNAs and schedulers.
- Receive supervision and guidance from providers, coordinators, clinical managers, and RNs.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a Nursing Program.
- Current State LPN license.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from an approved provider.
- Maintain continuing education requirements as mandated by state and federal licensure standards.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in ambulatory or outpatient care settings.
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced clinical environment.
