Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services at a busy health network facility.
• Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients with various musculoskeletal conditions.
• Administer therapy sessions following established protocols and best practices.
• Document patient progress and communicate treatment outcomes with the healthcare team.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing, safety, and health standards.
• Support patient education and injury prevention initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of outpatient physical therapy experience.
• Valid Connecticut state license in physical therapy.
• BLS certification.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts, including some evening and Friday coverage.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Advanced certifications in specialized physical therapy techniques.
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
