Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the Medicare & Medicaid Services (MDS) assessments for residents.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to MDS documentation and facility audits.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and review care plans.
• Document and update resident records accurately and timely.
• Participate in quality assurance activities to enhance patient care standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of South Dakota.
• Experience with MDS coordination or long-term care facility operations.
• Knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations related to Medicaid and Medicare.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in MDS documentation and compliance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
