Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients with orthopedic needs.
• Manage a productivity level of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Perform double-booking of follow-up visits when appropriate.
• Collaborate with clinic management to ensure clinical standards and patient care quality.
• Adhere to prior authorization requirements before OT hours are worked.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Will accept first-time travelers and new graduates.
• Ability to work standard 8-hour shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with orthopedic patient populations.
• Flexibility to float to other clinics within the region if needed.
