- Full-time, contract (on-site)
- Days shifts, 12.5 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility
- Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and facility protocols
- Monitor residents' health status and document observations accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license for North Carolina
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Knowledge of state and federal compliance regulations
- BLS/CPR certification
