Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, 3 nights per week, 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized pediatric intensive care to critically ill children in a hospital setting
• Monitor patient vital signs and medical equipment, ensuring patient stability
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient care and progress accurately in accordance with hospital policies
• Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control procedures

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of PICU RN experience (3+ preferred)
• Active RN license in the state or a valid compact license
• Current BLS certification; additional pediatric advanced certifications preferred
• Experience with Cerner or similar EHR systems is a plus
• Must meet all travel compliance requirements, including NLC guidelines

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience highly desirable
• Ability to float between units within a 20-mile radius is preferred
• Strong pediatric critical care skills and familiarity with pediatric protocols
