Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with team members.
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with a productivity expectation of 60 visits weekly.
• Manage a caseload of 12-14 patients per day, including follow-up visits and double-booking as needed.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and obtain approval for any overtime hours from the director.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Ability to work full days, approximately 8 hours per shift.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Willingness to accept travel assignments, including first-time travelers and new grads treated favorably.
• Experience with outpatient orthopedics is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous outpatient therapy experience.
• Strong patient management and documentation skills.
• Ability to adapt to a float schedule if needed.
