Location: Cleveland, GA
Schedule / Job Type: Days / Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients with orthopedic and other musculoskeletal conditions.
• Maintain productivity expectations of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed to maximize clinic efficiency.
• Ensure all therapy sessions are documented accurately and in accordance with clinic protocols.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed; overtime to be approved by supervisor before work is started.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid physical therapy license for the state of Georgia.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred; new grads and first-time travelers encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
• Strong patient communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Flexibility to float to other clinics within the network if needed.
