Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, nights shifts, 12.5 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patient health status and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Support patients with daily living activities and ensure their comfort and safety
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver quality patient care
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of Maine
- Current CPR certification
- Basic knowledge of nursing care procedures and protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in LTC or SNF settings
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
