Key Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language assessments for children and young adults up to age 21.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide therapy services in one-on-one or group settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress and therapy outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development activities.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Colorado state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply; supervision will be provided onsite.
• Experience working with pediatric populations is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to therapy.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in pediatric speech therapy.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Familiarity with therapy tools and assessment techniques for children.

• Must relocate to Grand Junction, CO 81505 before starting.
• Position involves in-person, onsite work only.
• Shifts are scheduled during daytime hours, with a workload of approximately 1 shift per week.
