Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environments.
- Administer medications and monitor patient health status.
- Document patient care activities accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with nursing team to ensure quality resident care.
- Follow facility protocols and safety guidelines to maintain compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
- Minimum of 1-year experience working in LTC or SNF settings.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Ability to work night shift for 12.5 hours per shift.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
