Contract, 13 weeks, Full-time (48 hours/week), 12-hour day shifts, Thursday to Sunday, no shift specified
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in a chemical dependency unit
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct clinical assessments and monitor patient progress
- Ensure documentation and compliance with healthcare regulations
- Complete New Mexico fingerprinting requirements prior to start date
- Participate in clinical interviews and submit availability for scheduling
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse license
- Experience in chemical dependency or substance abuse rehabilitation setting
- Ability to arrive a few days prior to start date to complete fingerprinting process
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a substance abuse or detox facility
- Knowledge of New Mexico healthcare regulations
- Bilingual abilities preferred
