Location: Aberdeen, MD

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, days shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services with a focus on orthopedic patient care.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12-14 patients per day, including follow-up visits.
• Maintain productivity expectations of 60 visits per week, with double-booking of follow-up appointments.
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed.
• Collaborate with clinic management to ensure patient care standards and treatment plans are met.
• Perform float duties at other clinics within the region as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid physical therapist license in the state of Maryland.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work full-time days shifts.
• Strong patient communication and care skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience in orthopedic outpatient therapy.
• Open to new grads and first-time travelers.
• Willingness to accept PTA assistance and flexible with travel assignments.
• Ability to obtain director approval for overtime hours.
