Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care in a busy operating room setting.
- Assist surgical teams during procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Prepare patients and surgical sites for operations, maintaining sterile techniques.
- Monitor and support patient recovery post-operation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless surgical workflows.
- Participate in on-call rotations, including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Valid registered nurse (RN) license.
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred.
- Experience in a Level 1 trauma center.
- Strong clinical skills, with high proficiency in perioperative care.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including call, weekends, and holidays.
- High ratings on skills checklist.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Burn care experience.
- Prior experience in an operating room environment.
