• Full-time, Days shift (3x12 Hours shifts per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care in a Level I Trauma Center within the IMC/PCU/Stepdown units.
• Monitor and assess patients, implementing appropriate interventions based on clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams utilizing team nursing ratios of 1:6/7.
• Adhere to hospital policies and ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in electronic health records.
• Support hospital operations during shifts, including responding to emergent situations as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Tennessee or a valid compact license.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a similar hospital setting, preferably Level I Trauma.
• Experience with critical care, Med Surg overflow, and CV units is preferred.
• Ability to work 36 or 48-hour shifts; schedule may vary during interviews.
• Must meet all travel compliance requirements, including RTO restrictions and vaccination documentation.
• Certify compliance with NLC guidelines; not accepting pending licenses.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in large, acute care hospitals.
• Cerner electronic health record system experience.
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred.
