Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed occupational therapists in providing therapy services to patients.
- Prepare treatment areas and assist with patient assessments.
- Support patient rehabilitation and progress documentation.
- Help implement treatment plans and therapeutic activities.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure patient care standards are met.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license or certification.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Knowledge of current therapy practices and protocols.
- Experience working with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
