Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in providing therapy services to patients.
• Prepare treatment areas and assist with patient assessments.
• Support patient rehabilitation and progress documentation.
• Help implement treatment plans and therapeutic activities.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure patient care standards are met.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license or certification.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Knowledge of current therapy practices and protocols.
• Experience working with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
