• Full-time, temporary travel assignment
• Night shifts (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM)
• 13-week duration

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care in a busy Level II trauma and comprehensive stroke center
• Assist with patient triage, assessment, and intervention in the emergency department
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately using Cerner electronic health records system
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
• Support the department’s mission of delivering respectful, compassionate care to a diverse patient population

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license with active state registration
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, including at least 1 year in an Emergency Room setting
• Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS certifications (or able to obtain before start date)
• Experience working in a high-volume ED (over 100,000 visits per year) at a Level 2 trauma or comprehensive stroke center
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to all areas within the ED

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience with HCA facilities preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with the ability to provide coaching and feedback in real-time
• Experience with advanced procedures performed in emergency settings
• Multicultural competency and familiarity with diverse patient populations
