Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services to a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day
• Maintain a productivity expectation of 60 patient visits per week
• Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as part of standard scheduling practice
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for outpatient orthopedic patients
• Document patient progress accurately and in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Tennessee or eligibility to obtain
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Ability to meet outpatient productivity and scheduling expectations
• Willingness to work up to 40 hours per week with a 36-hour weekly guarantee

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience strongly preferred
• Background in orthopedic patient populations is highly desirable
• Experience with high-volume outpatient caseloads and double-booking scheduling models
