Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Day shifts, full-time

Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services primarily focused on orthopedic conditions.
• Manage a patient load of approximately 12-14 patients per day, with double-booking of follow-up visits expected.
• Maintain productivity expectations of around 60 visits per week.
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed; overtime must be approved by the director.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and adhere to treatment plans for outpatient populations.

Required Qualifications
• Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of North Carolina.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work full-time day shifts, 8 hours per shift.
• Willingness to consider first-time travelers; experienced candidates preferred.
• No prior PTA experience required, but acceptance of first-time travelers is available.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Outpatient orthopedic therapy experience.
• Ability to manage a busy patient schedule efficiently.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
