Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, days shift, 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities
• Provide leadership and clinical oversight as the Director of Rehab
• Manage therapy staff and coordinate patient care programs
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
• Develop and implement rehabilitation plans tailored to patient needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance treatment outcomes
Required Qualifications
• Valid PT or PTA license in good standing
• Experience in rehabilitation or therapy management preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work full-time during daytime hours
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in director-level rehab roles
• Knowledge of Medicare and insurance regulations
• Excellent organizational and team management abilities
