Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Days shift, 5 days per week, 8 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed occupational therapists in providing therapy services to patients
- Implement treatment plans and therapeutic activities tailored to individual patient needs
- Monitor and document patient progress and response to interventions
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for clients during therapy sessions
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to support patient recovery and well-being
Required Qualifications
- Valid certification or license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)
- Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and interventions relevant to occupational therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a healthcare team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
