Full-time, Day shifts, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care on a busy cardiac/pulmonary telemetry unit.
• Floats may be required to other Med/Surg/Tele or ICU units of low acuity.
• Ensure adherence to all clinical protocols and patient safety standards.
• Document patient care accurately utilizing the Epic electronic medical record system.
• Maintain current certifications and licenses, including BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
• Contribute to a team environment providing high-quality nursing care.

Required Qualifications

• Active TN or compact nursing license.
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a similar setting.
• Epic electronic medical record experience within the last 12 months.
• Valid certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.
• Must pass EPIC competency exam.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience unless specified otherwise.
• Willingness to work holidays and 3 weekend shifts in a 4-week schedule.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience preferred.
• Experience working on cardiac or pulmonary telemetry units.
• Ability to float to other units as needed.
