Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing rehabilitation services to patients.
• Implement treatment plans and monitor patient progress under supervision.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure equipment is properly maintained.
• Document patient treatment and progress accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support patient education and comfort during therapy sessions.
• Comply with all safety and regulatory protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Valid certification or license as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Prior experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient clinics or outpatient rehabilitation settings.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
