- Full-time, Day shift, 8 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Provide surgical support in a Level 1 trauma center setting
- Assist with operative procedures, including craniotomy patients
- Maintain high standards of patient care and safety during surgeries
- Document all procedures accurately in compliance with hospital protocols
- Follow a two-week repeating schedule, including weekdays and holidays
- Adhere to no call and no block scheduling policies
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Level 1 trauma environment
- Proven expertise with craniotomy procedures and trauma-related surgeries
- Must be listed in work history with relevant trauma experience
- Strong skills in surgical support, as evidenced on skills checklist
- Ability to provide full demographic information and a badge-appropriate photo in profile
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a busy trauma hospital
- Familiarity with hospital electronic health records systems
