Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Travel, 13-week assignment, Days shift, 4 shifts per week, 9 hours per shift, Tuesday – Saturday

Key Responsibilities

• Perform outpatient evaluations and assessments for adult patients, including upper extremity orthopedics and neuro cases.
• Document patient progress, evaluations, and discharge notes using Meditech.
• Prepare detailed reports to facilitate seamless transition of care to other therapists.
• Support in both inpatient and outpatient settings within a busy hospital environment.
• Collaborate with a team of therapists to ensure quality patient care and documentation accuracy.

Required Qualifications

• Occupational Therapy Degree (OT) license for Florida.
• BLS certification.
• Proven experience with outpatient evaluations and documentation.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Inpatient evaluations experience.
• Ability to type reports accurately and efficiently.
• Adaptability to fast-paced medical environments.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
