Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a clinical setting.
• Complete documentation and administrative tasks related to patient care.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and credentialing requirements.
• Manage patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Active and valid license as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in setting up and managing therapy modalities.
• Ability to complete required documentation accurately and timely.
• Flexibility to work day shifts, approximately 8 hours per shift.
• Experience with credentialing processes.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a hospital or outpatient setting.
• Knowledge of documentation requirements for therapy services.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Prior travel or perm experience at a healthcare facility.
