Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety and health standards during all sessions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid certification or licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Prior experience working with diverse patient populations preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and procedures.
• Strong organizational skills to manage documentation and patient records.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in outpatient or rehabilitation settings.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Familiarity with therapy equipment and documentation software.
