• Days, Full-time, 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Perform assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with general orthopedic and vestibular conditions.
• See approximately 12-14 patients per day, with productivity expectations of 60 visits per week.
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and seek approval from leadership before working any overtime hours.
• Float between clinics in Millsboro and Milford, DE, as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Delaware.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week, with at least 36 hours guaranteed.
• Willingness to accept new graduates and first-time travelers.
• Experience or willingness to work in a clinical setting with orthopedic and vestibular patient populations.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient or orthopedic physical therapy experience.
• Flexibility to float between multiple clinic locations.
• Strong organizational and patient management skills.
