Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to diverse patient populations
• Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapy sessions, ensuring safe and effective care
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment notes
• Collaborate with medical teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Double-book follow-up visits to maximize daily patient throughput

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with diverse patient populations, including high MVAs
• Flexibility to float to neighboring clinics if needed
• Willingness to work up to 40 hours per week
