- 13-week contract, full-time (36 hours guaranteed per week), day shifts, onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language pathology services to residents at a veterans' healthcare facility
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare team to support patient needs
- Document treatment activities and outcomes accurately
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Proven experience in speech-language therapy, preferably in a healthcare or veteran’s facility
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to commit to a 13-week assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a long-term care or veterans' healthcare setting
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and documentation practices
- Bilingual abilities a plus
