Key Responsibilities
• Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients in accordance with treatment plans
• Assess patient condition and develop appropriate therapy programs
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during therapy sessions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all treatments and assessments

Required Qualifications
• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist
• Proven experience in providing physical therapy services
• Strong understanding of rehabilitation techniques and patient care protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in outpatient or hospital settings
• Bilingual abilities a plus
• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
