Job Title
• LVN / LPN - LTC/SNF
Location
• Lebanon, NH
Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, day shifts, local only, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and document residents' health status and report changes to the healthcare team
• Assist with daily living activities and ensure resident comfort and safety
Required Qualifications
• Valid LVN or LPN license
• Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred
• Previous experience in LTC or SNF environment a plus
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
