Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facility
- Monitor and document resident health status and vital signs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical staff
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure resident comfort and safety
- Follow all facility policies and procedures to ensure quality care
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license
- Current CPR and BLS certification
- Basic nursing skills and knowledge of long-term care protocols
- Ability to work night shifts effectively
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in LTC or SNF settings
- Familiarity with electronic medical records
- Ability to handle multiple residents and prioritize care
