Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Support patient recovery and rehabilitation through therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team regarding treatment updates.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during therapy sessions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy areas.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification.
• Knowledge of therapeutic procedures and patient care standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
• Basic documentation and record-keeping skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in outpatient or inpatient settings.
• Familiarity with therapy equipment and modalities.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
