Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a medical-surgical unit, focusing on orthopedic and trauma cases.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress and document care activities accurately.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ nursing experience in a similar medical-surgical setting.
• Valid Nursys license verification and current certification card.
• Strong orthopedic and trauma surgical skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with no gaps exceeding 60 days in employment history.
• Ability to provide a comprehensive work history, skills checklist, references, and a badge-appropriate photo.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a large hospital setting.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
