Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients with a focus on orthopedic and trauma cases.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Follow established protocols and maintain compliance with hospital standards.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during night shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Valid nursing license (Nursys License Verification).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in medical-surgical or similar specialty.
- Strong orthopedic and trauma surgical skills.
- Ability to work full shifts (8 hours) during night hours.
- No recent gaps in employment of more than 60 days.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a hospital setting of similar size.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
