- Full-time, Contract, 12-week assignment, onsite shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities during afternoon shifts
- Administer medications and monitor patient health status
- Follow care plans accurately and document all patient interactions
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver quality resident care
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license
- Current state-specific nursing license
- Experience working in LTC or SNF settings preferred
- Strong communication and compassionate patient care skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience covering maternity leave or temporary assignments
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
