Key Responsibilities
• Provide professional nursing care to critically ill patients across pediatric to geriatric populations, following AACN standards.
• Conduct comprehensive health assessments, prioritize patient problems, and develop individualized care plans.
• Recognize and respond to life-threatening emergencies, including cardiac arrhythmias, and implement appropriate interventions.
• Manage critical care activities such as airway and ventilation support, hemodynamic stability, and rhythm management.
• Assist with specialized procedures including temporary pacemaker insertions and ambulance transport as needed.
• Stay current with critical care practices, maintaining necessary licensure, certifications, and ongoing clinical education.

Required Qualifications
• Valid RN license in the State of Pennsylvania.
• Critical Care or ICU nursing experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to recognize and manage cardiac arrhythmias and emergency situations.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and patient management skills.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts on a weekly schedule of three shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• EPIC electronic health records experience.
• Experience with pediatric to geriatric patient care in an ICU setting.
• Knowledge of Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
