Key Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient rehabilitation therapy services to patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Follow facility protocols and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
- Deliver therapy services during standard daytime hours.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Ability to work full shifts and participate in a 4-shift per week schedule.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in inpatient rehabilitation settings.
- Strong collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams.
