Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients, including orthopedics and outpatient cases.
• Manage an outpatient caseload with an expectation of seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed to ensure clinic efficiency.
• Maintain productivity of approximately 60 visits per week.
• Collaborate with team members and follow clinic protocols to deliver quality patient care.
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed, with prior approval required for any overtime.

Required Qualifications

• Valid and current licensing as a Physical Therapist.
• Preferably outpatient therapy experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and patient management skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
