Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to ICU patients, including neuro ICU and intermediate care units.
• Float between ICU and stepdown units as needed, maintaining flexible coverage.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, ensuring timely and appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
• Adhere to all safety, policy, and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid nursing license with verification from Nursys.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in ICU or neuro ICU settings.
• Certifications in applicable critical care specialties (e.g., BLS, ACLS).
• Strong neuro patient care experience and skills.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to floating responsibilities.
• Must submit a resume with minimal employment gaps (less than 60 days), skills checklist, references, and a badge-appropriate photo.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a hospital similar to regional or academic medical centers.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex neuro and ICU cases.
