Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in delivering therapy treatments to patients.
• Implement treatment plans and monitor patient progress under supervision.
• Prepare treatment environments and maintain therapy equipment.
• Document patient information and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Support patient education and motivate patients throughout therapy sessions.

Required Qualifications

• Certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA).
• Valid state license or registration as required.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of therapy techniques and safety protocols.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a outpatient or hospital setting.
• Familiarity with therapy documentation and electronic health records.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
